Daily consumption of garlic supports the functionality of the immune system, promoting the activity of lymphocytes, cells used to protect our body.
The active ingredients contained in garlic, if taken regularly, can, together with an adequate diet, contribute to the appreciable lowering, estimated between 10 and 15%, of blood cholesterol levels, and in particular of LDL cholesterol.

Garlic protects the cardiovascular system, thanks to its hemofluidifying action, its antioxidant and antisclerotic activity and its antihypertensive action.
With regard to the gastrointestinal system, garlic performs a valuable antiseptic activity.
