Both chefs Stellati, Katia Maccari and Vincenzo Guarino find themselves in the restaurant I Salotti the magnificent Villa Il Patriarca, to celebrate the arrival of Bella Season.

READ THE BIOGRAPHY OF THE CHEF

Katia Maccari is the leader and soul of the restaurant “I Salotti” the Patriarch, who for years has been honored with the renowned Michelin star. The chef with great passion and inspiration with creativity reassembles the traditions of the Siena countryside in new and surprising dishes. In 2003 he joined the family business, the Villa Patriarca, and here you realize that the kitchen is the passion of his life. “So the ten most intense years have begun, but the most beautiful of my life, between the study and the birth of my children: Valerio, Matilde and Peter. From them I learned that when it comes to taste the nuances are an aspect that must be cared for at a later time because as they say – a plate or is good or bad-is. In the end what should remain is the flavor of raw materials; this is our daily challenge in the kitchen and the philosophy of my restaurant. ” Engaged in many charity events, in 2014 participates in the Midnight “Mediaset” Dinner program by winning the top spot of the episode that sees the protagonist. In 2015 he was appointed Ambassdor WE – Women For Expo – EXPO Milano 2015.

Vincenzo Guarino embarks on a journey of specific studies that saw him take part in internships and attend specialized courses, to obtain the title of Executive Chef at the Relais & Chateaux Bellevue Syrene Sorrento. Honed his skills and culinary skills, participating in various competitions of national importance such as Golden Bean Award (Verona, 2008) where triumphed as the winner for the preparation of the best risotto in the race. In 2009, crowning the innate passion that animates it and the efforts in this area, winning the coveted first Michelin star, just as working as Executive Chef at the restaurant “I Salotti”, recognition is re-elected in 2012 during its activities Executive Chef at the restaurant “the next”. Now his return to Tuscany after six years, where he serves as Executive Chef at the restaurant Pievano in Castello di Spaltenna, where in just seven months with his cooking has earned the restaurant a Michelin star in November 2016.
